Jaguar Land Rover Makes Official Debut in Cambodia with New Showroom Launch

PHNOM PENH, July 3, 2026 – Jaguar Land Rover has officially entered the Cambodian market, with the inauguration of a new showroom for Range Rover and Defender vehicles, operated by HGB Prime Co., Ltd.

The launch ceremony on the morning of July 3 was presided over by H.E. Cham Nimul, Minister of Commerce, and attended by H.E. Secretary of State, Oknha Nguon Leang Huot, Chairman of HGB Prime Co., Ltd., Mr. Garth Turnbull, Asia-Pacific Managing Director of Jaguar Land Rover, representatives from the British Embassy, business leaders, and national and international guests.

H.E. Cham Nimul expressed her congratulations to HGB Prime Co., Ltd. on this significant achievement and welcomed the arrival of Jaguar Land Rover in the Cambodian market. She noted that the showroom opening reflects private sector confidence in Cambodia's favorable investment climate and economic growth potential.

The Minister emphasized that Cambodia's development is not measured solely by economic growth but also by rising quality standards, market modernization, and a commitment to excellence. She highlighted the growing consumer demand for quality, innovation, and international-standard products and services in Cambodia.

H.E. Cham Nimul reaffirmed the Ministry of Commerce's commitment to working closely with the private sector to promote a competitive, transparent, and favorable business environment for investment and sustainable development.

She encouraged HGB Prime Co., Ltd. to continue investing in service excellence, particularly after-sales services, human resource development, innovation, and new automotive technologies, while conducting business with transparency, integrity, and high responsibility.
