PHNOM PENH, July 7, 2026 – X Capital Investment has committed to promoting Cambodia's tourism potential to Chinese and international markets through three flagship digital initiatives, following a meeting with Tourism Minister Huot Hak.
Mr. Tong David, Director General of X Capital Investment and Honorary President of the Cambodia–China Friendship Cooperation Promotion Association, paid a courtesy call on the minister to review progress in tourism promotion and digital tourism development.
The company's three priority projects include the Angkor Smile Exhibition, which organizes exhibitions in China to promote Cambodia; the Cambodia National Shop, a Cambodian national products store in China; and the Angkor App, a mobile application providing tourism information and services to visitors. Minister Huot Hak commended the company's contributions to strengthening Cambodia-China friendship and cooperation, and encouraged the company to enhance its digital platforms for greater efficiency and user-friendliness. He also requested the company to actively communicate Cambodia's true situation, emphasizing the country's peace, stability, and security under the leadership of Prime Minister Hun Manet.
