Cambodian Researchers Welcome to Apply for Singapore-Southeast Asia Fellowship

PHNOM PENH, July 17, 2026 – A warm invitation is extended to Cambodian researchers to apply for the Singapore-Southeast Asia Fellowship (S-SEAF), a wonderful opportunity to collaborate, share knowledge, and build strong scientific partnerships with Singapore and the wider region.

The fellowship, administered by the Agency for Science, Technology and Research (A*STAR), is open to citizens of ASEAN countries, excluding Singapore Permanent Residents. Cambodian researchers with a passion for discovery and innovation are warmly encouraged to apply.

Priority research areas include Infectious Diseases, Manufacturing, Trade & Connectivity, Human Health & Potential, Urban Solutions & Sustainability, and Smart Nation & Digital Economy.

Fellowships are available for up to two years for inbound researchers, with a minimum of six months for Infectious Diseases, and six months to two years for outbound researchers.
