Future Forum to Screen Documentary on Cambodia-Thailand Border Conflict

PHNOM PENH, July 26, 2026 — Policy think tank Future Forum will host a public screening of Shattered Peace. Silent Fields., a documentary examining the human impact of the Cambodia-Thailand border conflict, on July 29 in Phnom Penh.

The documentary is directed by Arwa Damon, an Emmy Award-winning former CNN Senior International Correspondent, and produced by Len Leng and their team.

According to Future Forum, the film explores the consequences of the border conflict beyond the headlines, focusing on the experiences of communities affected by the dispute.

The screening will be followed by a panel discussion featuring invited guests, who will discuss the documentary's themes and broader issues related to conflict, peace and reconciliation.

The event is scheduled to take place from 5:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m. at Future Forum's office on the ninth floor of Legacy Business Center, Mao Tse Toung Boulevard, Phnom Penh.

Future Forum has opened registration for members of the public wishing to attend the event.
