Girl Guides in Kandal Learn Music, Sewing, and Crochet in Weekend Classes

PHNOM PENH, August 17, 2026 – Twenty-one active members of the Girl Guides Association of Cambodia’s Kandal branch gathered on Sunday, August 16, for a day of learning and creativity, with classes in Khmer music, singing, tailoring, and crochet.

The sessions took place across Kean Svay district, Lvea Em district, and Areyksatre City, offering participants the chance to develop new skills in a supportive and enjoyable environment.

The activities highlight the association’s dedication to empowering young women through practical arts and cultural education.
