Cambodia's Parliament to Host Talks on Responsible Investment for Food and Climate

PHNOM PENH, August 24, 2026 – The National Assembly of Cambodia, in cooperation with the IPU Secretariat and support from the UN's Food and Agriculture Organization (FAO), will hold a two-day dialogue on responsible investment in food and agriculture.

The meeting will take place on August 25–26 at the National Assembly and will bring together parliamentarians, development partners, businesses, and government officials to discuss how investments can support food security, protect the climate, and improve people's livelihoods.

The dialogue aims to promote cooperation and share experiences in line with the ASEAN RAI Framework 2024–2030, which encourages responsible investment in the region's food, agriculture, and forestry sectors.
