Kratie to Host 10th River Festival from March 27–29, 2026

Kratie, March 27, 2026 — Cambodia is holding the 10th River Festival in Kratie province from March 27 to 29 under the theme “Green Rivers, Cultural and Natural Heritage.” The event aims to promote tourism while highlighting the natural and cultural richness of riverside communities, particularly along the Mekong River.

The festival is designed to showcase Kratie’s tourism potential and raise awareness of environmental conservation, especially the protection of river ecosystems. It also serves as a platform to attract domestic and international visitors.

Organizers say the event will help stimulate local economic activity, benefiting small businesses and communities in the province, while reinforcing efforts to promote sustainable tourism development in Cambodia.
