Prince Bank Depositors to Receive Compensation Starting March 23

PHNOM PENH — March 19, 2026: Depositors of Prince Bank Plc. will begin receiving compensation from March 23, 2026, according to Morisonkak MKA Audit-Accounting Co., Ltd., the firm appointed by the National Bank of Cambodia as the bank’s liquidator.

The firm said the payout process follows the conversion of Prince Bank’s assets into cash. Depositors are required to submit claims at the former Prince Bank office located at Building No. 445, Monivong Boulevard, corner of Street 232, Sangkat Boeung Prolit, Khan 7 Makara, Phnom Penh, together with the necessary supporting documents.

Compensation will be made either through bank transfer for depositors who provided their account details, or via direct payment at the office for those who did not include such information in their claim forms.

Morisonkak MKA has urged all depositors to take note of the procedure and contact the liquidation team for further information at 023 991 168 or 1800 208 888.

The announcement is intended to inform depositors and the public of the compensation process and related arrangements.
